1. The Service
FillRam is a testing and benchmarking utility, not a RAM cleaner, optimizer, or device repair tool. It intentionally allocates memory to reproduce memory-pressure conditions and reports measurements visible to FillRam on your Android device.
2. Memory-Pressure Risk
Running a high-pressure test, calibration, or Benchmark may slow the device, cause Android to stop FillRam or other apps, and contribute to loss of unsaved work in other apps. Calibration can intentionally reach a point where Android closes FillRam; reopen the app to let it classify the pending result. Do not run FillRam while performing critical work.
In the manual Fill mode, tapping Stop prevents further allocations; memory already allocated by that legacy run can remain owned by the FillRam process until Android reclaims it or the process ends. In Benchmark mode, Stop prevents further Benchmark allocation and releases blocks owned by the separate Benchmark context. Android remains responsible for system-level memory management and may terminate the process at any time under pressure.
3. Free and Pro
The manual memory-pressure test, live RAM readings, device calibration, Benchmark execution, calibration details, and the latest measured Benchmark summary are available without a subscription. The Free tier may show advertising while using Fill. FillRam Pro is an optional paid Google Play subscription that adds detailed Benchmark graphs, saved Fill and Benchmark history, comparison, report export, timed pressure holding, and removes banner ad requests while an active Pro entitlement is confirmed.
Benchmark results are device-specific measurements of FillRam allocation, physical RAM, swap, timing, and recovery. FillRam does not provide a synthetic device score, identify which other apps Android removed, or promise that results are comparable across different devices or Android versions.
4. Subscription Billing
FillRam Pro is offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions through Google Play. FillRam does not currently offer a free trial or introductory price. The localized price and billing period shown by Google Play before purchase control.
Unless canceled, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You can manage or cancel FillRam Pro from the Subscription screen in FillRam or directly in Google Play subscriptions. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refund eligibility and any immediate or prorated cancellation rights are governed by Google Play rules and applicable law.
Access to Pro features may end when a subscription expires, is canceled, refunded, revoked, paused, or otherwise ceases to be active.
5. Third Parties
Google Play, Appodeal, and their participating services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. The advertising-provider mix may vary by region, device, and release. See the FillRam Privacy Policy for details about data processing and privacy choices.
6. Availability
We may update, pause, or remove features for operational, legal, security, or product reasons. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FillRam is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
